We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zarquin purchase. If you change your mind, we will happily accept returns or exchanges subject to the following conditions:

Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Intimates, swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken), and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please log in to your account, go to 'Order History', select the relevant order, and click 'Request Return'. You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
